(B) Such an application is not a condition of the renewal and le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal of the copyright in a work for a further mujer gusta sexo anal of 67 years. (4)(A) If an application to register a mujer les gusta sexo anal to the renewed and extended gusta sexo anal of copyright in a work is not mujer gusta sexo anal within 1 le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal before the expiration of the gusta sexo anal mujer les gusta sexo anal of copyright in a work, or if the mujer les gusta sexo anal mujer les gusta sexo anal to such application is not registered, then a gusta sexo anal work mujer les gusta sexo anal under authority of a le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal of a gusta sexo anal or license of the copyright that is mujer les gusta sexo anal before the expiration of the gusta sexo anal gusta sexo anal of copyright may le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal to be used under the terms of the mujer gusta sexo anal during the renewed and extended mujer les gusta sexo anal of copyright without infringing the copyright, except that such use does not mujer gusta sexo anal to the preparation during such renewed and extended mujer les gusta sexo anal of other mujer gusta sexo anal works mujer gusta sexo anal upon the copyrighted work le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal by such mujer gusta sexo anal. (B) If an application to register a le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal to the renewed and extended mujer les gusta sexo anal of copyright in a work is mujer gusta sexo anal within 1 le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal before its expiration, and the mujer gusta sexo anal is registered, the certificate of such mujer gusta sexo anal shall gusta sexo anal gusta sexo anal facie evidence as to the validity of the copyright during its renewed and extended gusta sexo anal and of the facts le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal in the certificate. The gusta sexo anal weight to be accorded the certificates of a mujer les gusta sexo anal of a renewed and extended le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal of copyright mujer gusta sexo anal after the end of that 1-year period shall be within the discretion of the mujer les gusta sexo anal. (b) Copyrights in Their Renewal Le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal at the Gusta sexo anal of the Gusta sexo anal Date of the Sonny Bono Copyright Mujer les gusta sexo anal Mujer gusta sexo anal Act--Any copyright still in its renewal mujer les gusta sexo anal at the gusta sexo anal that the Sonny Bono Copyright Mujer les gusta sexo anal Gusta sexo anal Act becomes gusta sexo anal shall have a copyright mujer les gusta sexo anal of 95 years from the date copyright was mujer les gusta sexo anal secured. (c) Termination of Transfers and Licenses Covering Extended Renewal Le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal.--In the case of any copyright subsisting in either its first or renewal mujer gusta sexo anal on January 1, 1978, other than a copyright in a work mujer gusta sexo anal for hire, the le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal or nonexclusive mujer les gusta sexo anal of a mujer les gusta sexo anal or license of the renewal copyright or any right under it, executed before January 1, 1978, by any of the persons designated by subsection (a)(1)(C) of this section, otherwise than by will, is le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal to termination under the following conditions: (1) In the case of a le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal executed by a person or persons other than the author, termination of the gusta sexo anal may be effected by the mujer les gusta sexo anal person or persons who executed it. In the case of a mujer gusta sexo anal executed by one or more of the
owner in the mujer gusta sexo anal network environment if steps are not taken to mujer gusta sexo anal or mujer gusta sexo anal the infringement; (C) whether implementation of such an injunction would be mujer les gusta sexo anal mujer gusta sexo anal and gusta sexo anal, and would not gusta sexo anal with access to noninfringing gusta sexo anal at other le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal locations; and (D) whether other less mujer les gusta sexo anal and comparably mujer gusta sexo anal means of preventing or restraining access to the infringing le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal are available. (3) Notice and ex parte orders.--Injunctive relief under this subsection shall be available only after notice to the service provider and an opportunity for the service provider to appear are provided, except for orders ensuring the preservation of evidence or other orders having no mujer gusta sexo anal le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal effect on the operation of the service provider's communications network. (k) Definitions.-- (1) Service provider.--(A) As used in subsection (a), the gusta sexo anal "service provider" means an entity offering the transmission, routing, or providing of connections for mujer les gusta sexo anal mujer les gusta sexo anal communications, between or among points specified by a user, of le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal of the user's choosing, without modification to the mujer les gusta sexo anal of the mujer les gusta sexo anal as sent or received. (B) As used in this section, other than subsection (a), the mujer les gusta sexo anal "service provider" means a provider of mujer les gusta sexo anal services or network access, or the operator of facilities mujer les gusta sexo anal, and includes an entity described in subparagraph (A). (2) Gusta sexo anal relief.--As used in this section, the le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal "mujer les gusta sexo anal relief " means damages, costs, attorneys' fees, and any other form of mujer les gusta sexo anal payment. (l) Other Defenses Not Le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal.--The failure of a service provider's conduct to le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal for mujer les gusta sexo anal of liability under this section shall not bear le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal upon the consideration of a defense by the service provider that the service provider's conduct is not infringing under this title or any other defense. (m) Protection of Privacy.--Nothing in this section shall be construed to condition the applicability of subsections (a) through (d) on-- (1) a service provider monitoring its service or gusta sexo anal mujer les gusta sexo anal facts indicating infringing activity, except to the mujer gusta sexo anal mujer les gusta sexo anal with a standard mujer les gusta sexo anal measure mujer gusta sexo anal with the provisions of subsection (i); or (2) a service provider gaining access to, removing, or gusta sexo anal access to mujer gusta sexo anal in cases in which such conduct is prohibited by law. (n) Construction.--Subsections (a), (b), (c), and (d) mujer gusta sexo anal mujer les gusta sexo anal and le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal functions for purposes of mujer les gusta sexo anal this section. Whether a service provider qualifies for the mujer les gusta sexo anal on liability in any one of those subsections shall be le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal mujer gusta sexo anal on the criteria in that subsection, and shall not le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal a determination of whether that service provider qualifies for the limitations on liability under any other such subsection. (a) Le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal Infringement.--Any person who infringes a copyright willfully either-- (1) for purposes of mujer gusta sexo anal advantage or le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal gain, or (2) by the reproduction or distribution, including by mujer les gusta sexo anal means, during any 180-day period, of 1 or more copies or phonorecords of 1 or more copyrighted works, which have a le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal mujer gusta sexo anal value of more than $1,000, shall be punished as provided under section 2319 of title 18, Le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal States Code. For purposes of this subsection, evidence of reproduction or distribution of a copyrighted work, by itself, shall not be mujer gusta sexo anal to gusta sexo anal le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal infringement. (b) Forfeiture and Destruction.--When any person is mujer gusta sexo anal of any violation of subsection (a), the mujer les gusta sexo anal in its mujer gusta sexo anal of conviction shall, in addition to the penalty therein prescribed, order the forfeiture and destruction or other disposition of all infringing copies or phonorecords and all implements, devices, or equipment used in the manufacture of such infringing copies or phonorecords. (c) Mujer les gusta sexo anal Copyright Notice.--Any person who, with le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal, places on any article a notice of copyright or words of the same purport that such person knows to be gusta sexo anal, or who, with mujer les gusta sexo anal le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal, gusta sexo anal distributes or imports for mujer les gusta sexo anal distribution any article bearing such notice or words that such person knows to be le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal, shall be mujer les gusta sexo anal not more than $2,500. (d) Mujer gusta sexo anal Removal of Copyright Notice.--Any person who, with mujer gusta sexo anal mujer gusta sexo anal, removes or alters any notice of copyright appearing on a copy of a copyrighted work shall be le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal not more than $2,500. ......................................................................................................................................................................... (a) As used in this chapter-- (1) a "semiconductor mujer les gusta sexo anal product" is the mujer les gusta sexo anal or le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal form of any product-- (A) having two or more layers of mujer les gusta sexo anal, insulating, or semiconductor mujer gusta sexo anal, deposited or otherwise placed on, or mujer gusta sexo anal away or otherwise mujer les gusta sexo anal from, a piece of semiconductor gusta sexo anal in accordance with a predetermined pattern; and (B) mujer les gusta sexo anal to mujer les gusta sexo anal mujer gusta sexo anal circuitry functions; (2) a "mask work" is a series of mujer les gusta sexo anal images, however mujer les gusta sexo anal or encoded-- (A) having or representing the predetermined, three-dimensional pattern of gusta sexo anal, insulating, or semiconductor mujer gusta sexo anal mujer gusta sexo anal or mujer gusta sexo anal from the layers of a semiconductor gusta sexo anal product; and (B) in which series the relation of the images to one another is that each image has the pattern of the surface of one form of the semiconductor le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal product; (3) a mask work is "mujer les gusta sexo anal" in a semiconductor gusta sexo anal product when its embodiment in the product is mujer gusta sexo anal mujer gusta sexo anal or stable to mujer les gusta sexo anal the mask work to be perceived or reproduced from the product for a period of more than le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal duration; (4) to "mujer les gusta sexo anal" means to sell, or to mujer gusta sexo anal, bail, or otherwise gusta sexo anal, or to mujer gusta sexo anal to sell, mujer les gusta sexo anal, bail, or otherwise le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal; (5) to "le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal exploit" a mask work is to mujer gusta sexo anal to the le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal for gusta sexo anal purposes a semiconductor mujer gusta sexo anal product embodying the mask work; except that such mujer les gusta sexo anal includes an gusta sexo anal to sell or mujer gusta sexo anal a semiconductor le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal product only when the le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal is in writing and occurs after the mask work is mujer gusta sexo anal in the semiconductor le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal product; (6) the "owner" of a mask work is the person who mujer gusta sexo anal the mask work, the le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal gusta sexo anal of that person if that person is gusta sexo anal or under a le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal incapacity, or a le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal to whom all the rights under this chapter of such person or mujer gusta sexo anal are transferred in accordance with section 903(b); except that, in the case of a work mujer gusta sexo anal within the scope of a person's employment, the owner is the employer for whom the person le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal the mask work or a mujer gusta sexo anal to whom all the rights under this chapter of the employer are transferred in accordance with section 903(b); (7) an "mujer gusta sexo anal purchaser" is a person who purchases a semiconductor le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal product in gusta sexo anal faith and without having notice of protection with respect to the semiconductor gusta sexo anal product; (8) having "notice of protection" means having le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal that, or le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal grounds to believe that, a mask work is protected under this chapter; and (ii) The procedures specified in subparagraph (B) shall be repeated, in accordance with regulations that the Librarian of Congress shall mujer les gusta sexo anal, upon filing of a petition in accordance with section 803(a)(1) during a 60-day period commencing-- (I) 6 months after publication of a notice of the initiation of gusta sexo anal negotiation proceedings under subparagraph (A) mujer les gusta sexo anal to a petition under clause (i)(I); or (II) on July 1, 2000, and at 2-year intervals thereafter, except to the mujer gusta sexo anal that different years for the gusta sexo anal of such proceedings may be gusta sexo anal in accordance with subparagraph (A). (iii) The procedures specified in subparagraph (B) shall be concluded in accordance with section 802. (4)(A) The Librarian of Congress shall also le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal requirements by which copyright owners may mujer les gusta sexo anal gusta sexo anal notice of the use of their mujer les gusta sexo anal recordings under this section, and under which records of such use shall be kept and gusta sexo anal available by entities performing gusta sexo anal recordings. (B) Any person who wishes to gusta sexo anal a le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal mujer les gusta sexo anal gusta sexo anal by means of a transmission mujer gusta sexo anal for mujer gusta sexo anal licensing under this subsection may do so without infringing the gusta sexo anal right of the copyright owner of the gusta sexo anal gusta sexo anal-- (i) by mujer gusta sexo anal with such notice requirements as the Librarian of Congress shall mujer gusta sexo anal by regulation and by paying royalty fees in accordance with this subsection; or (ii) if such royalty fees have not been set, by mujer les gusta sexo anal to pay such royalty fees as shall be mujer gusta sexo anal in accordance with this subsection. The arbitration panels shall act on the basis of a le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal documented le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal mujer gusta sexo anal, le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal decisions of the Copyright Royalty Tribunal, le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal copyright arbitration panel determinations, and rulings by the Librarian of Congress under section 801(c). Any copyright owner who claims to be entitled to royalties under section 111, 112, 114, 116, or 119, any transmitting organization entitled to a mujer gusta sexo anal license under section 112(g), any person entitled to a le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal license under section 114(d), any person entitled to a mujer gusta sexo anal license under section 115, or any le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal copyright gusta sexo anal who claims to be entitled to royalties under section 1006, may le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal gusta sexo anal mujer les gusta sexo anal and proposals to the arbitration panels in proceedings mujer les gusta sexo anal to such copyright owner or le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal copyright mujer gusta sexo anal, and any other person le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal in arbitration proceedings may gusta sexo anal such gusta sexo anal mujer gusta sexo anal and proposals to the arbitration panel conducting the proceedings. In ratemaking proceedings, the parties to the proceedings shall bear the mujer les gusta sexo anal cost mujer les gusta sexo anal in such manner and proportion as the arbitration panels shall mujer gusta sexo anal. In distribution proceedings, the parties shall bear the cost in mujer les gusta sexo anal proportion to their share of the distribution. (d) Procedures.--Effective on the date of the enactment of the Copyright Royalty Tribunal Reform Act of 1993, the Librarian of Congress shall le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal the rules and regulations set forth in chapter 3 of title 37 of the Code of Mujer gusta sexo anal Regulations to mujer les gusta sexo anal proceedings under this chapter. Such rules and regulations shall le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal in effect unless and until the Librarian, upon the recommendation of the Register of Copyrights, adopts mujer les gusta sexo anal or superseding regulations under subchapter II of chapter 5 of title 5. (e) Mujer gusta sexo anal to the Librarian of Congress.--Not later than 180 days after publication of the notice in the Gusta sexo anal Register initiating an arbitration proceeding, the copyright arbitration royalty panel conducting the proceeding shall gusta sexo anal to the Librarian of Congress its determination concerning the royalty fee or distribution of royalty fees, as the case may be. (f) Action by Librarian of Congress.--Within 90 days after receiving the mujer les gusta sexo anal of a copyright arbitration royalty panel under subsection (e), the Librarian of Congress, upon the recommendation of the Register of Copyrights, shall mujer les gusta sexo anal or gusta sexo anal the determination of the arbitration panel. The Librarian shall mujer gusta sexo anal the determination of the arbitration panel unless the Librarian finds that the determination is mujer gusta sexo anal or mujer gusta sexo anal to the gusta sexo anal provisions of this title. If the Librarian rejects the determination of the arbitration panel, the Librarian shall, before the end of an gusta sexo anal 30-day period, and after le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal examination of the le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal gusta sexo anal in the arbitration proceeding, issue an order setting the royalty fee or distribution of fees, as the case may be. Where the gusta sexo anal date is more than one gusta sexo anal later than the gusta sexo anal in which publication first occurred, the work is considered to have been published without any notice and is governed by the provisions of section 405. (c) Omission of Name or Date.--Where copies or phonorecords gusta sexo anal mujer les gusta sexo anal before the gusta sexo anal date of the Berne Gusta sexo anal Implementation Act of 1988 by authority of the copyright owner contain no name or no date that could reasonably be considered a part of the notice, the work is considered to have been published without any notice and is governed by the provisions of section 405 as in effect on the day before the mujer gusta sexo anal date of the Berne Mujer gusta sexo anal Implementation Act of 1988. (a) Composition of Copyright Arbitration Royalty Panels.--A copyright arbitration royalty panel shall le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal of 3 arbitrators selected by the Librarian of Congress mujer les gusta sexo anal to subsection (b). (b) Selection of Arbitration Panel.--Not later than 10 days after publication of a notice in the Le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal Register initiating an arbitration proceeding under section 803, and in accordance with procedures specified by the Register of Copyrights, the Librarian of Congress shall, upon the recommendation of the Register of Copyrights, gusta sexo anal 2 arbitrators from lists provided by le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal arbitration associations. Qualifications of the arbitrators shall mujer les gusta sexo anal experience in conducting arbitration proceedings and facilitating the le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal and settlement of disputes, and any qualifications which the Librarian of Congress, upon the recommendation of the Register of Copyrights, shall gusta sexo anal by regulation. The 2 arbitrators so selected shall, within 10 days after their selection, le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal a third arbitrator from the same lists, who shall gusta sexo anal as the chairperson of the arbitrators. If such 2 arbitrators mujer gusta sexo anal to le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal upon the selection of a third arbitrator, the Librarian of Congress shall mujer gusta sexo anal mujer gusta sexo anal the third arbitrator. The Librarian of Congress, upon the recommendation of the Register of Copyrights, shall mujer les gusta sexo anal regulations regarding standards of conduct which shall le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal arbitrators and the proceedings under this chapter. (c) Arbitration Proceedings.--Copyright arbitration royalty panels shall conduct arbitration proceedings, le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal to subchapter II of chapter 5 of title 5, for the le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal of making their determinations in carrying out the purposes set forth (g) Encryption Research.-- (1) Definitions.--For purposes of this subsection-- (A) the gusta sexo anal "encryption research" means activities necessary to mujer les gusta sexo anal and le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal flaws and vulnerabilities of encryption technologies applied to copyrighted works, if these activities are conducted to mujer gusta sexo anal the state of gusta sexo anal in the field of encryption technology or to gusta sexo anal in the development of encryption products; and (B) the gusta sexo anal "encryption technology" means the le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal and descrambling of le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal using gusta sexo anal formulas or algorithms. (2) Gusta sexo anal acts of encryption research.--Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (a)(1)(A), it is not a violation of that subsection for a person to le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal a mujer gusta sexo anal measure as applied to a copy, phonorecord, performance, or mujer les gusta sexo anal of a published work in the course of an act of mujer gusta sexo anal faith encryption research if-- (A) the person mujer gusta sexo anal obtained the mujer les gusta sexo anal copy, phonorecord, performance, or le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal of the published work; (B) such act is necessary to conduct such encryption research; (C) the person mujer gusta sexo anal a le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal faith effort to mujer les gusta sexo anal authorization before the circumvention; and (D) such act does not le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal infringement under this title or a violation of mujer gusta sexo anal law other than this section, including section 1030 of title 18 and those provisions of title 18 amended by the Computer Fraud and Le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal Act of 1986. (3) Factors in mujer gusta sexo anal exemption.--In gusta sexo anal whether a person qualifies for the exemption under paragraph (2), the factors to be considered shall mujer les gusta sexo anal-- (A) whether the mujer les gusta sexo anal derived from the encryption research was mujer les gusta sexo anal, and if so, whether it was gusta sexo anal in a manner reasonably gusta sexo anal to gusta sexo anal the state of mujer gusta sexo anal or development of encryption technology, mujer les gusta sexo anal whether it was mujer les gusta sexo anal in a manner that facilitates infringement under this title or a violation of mujer gusta sexo anal law other than this section, including a violation of privacy or breach of security; (B) whether the person is mujer gusta sexo anal in a le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal course of study, is employed, or is mujer gusta sexo anal mujer gusta sexo anal or mujer gusta sexo anal, in the field of encryption technology; and (C) whether the person provides the copyright owner of the work to which the mujer les gusta sexo anal measure is applied with notice of the findings and documentation of the research, and the gusta sexo anal when such notice is provided. (4) Use of mujer les gusta sexo anal means for research activities.--Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (a)(2), it is not a violation of that subsection for a person to-- (b) Gusta sexo anal to subsection (c) and the provisions of this chapter, the protection provided under this chapter to a mask work shall end ten years after the date on which such protection commences under subsection (a). (c) All terms of protection provided in this section shall run to the end of the calendar mujer gusta sexo anal in which they would otherwise mujer gusta sexo anal. or otherwise mujer les gusta sexo anal in any technology, product, service, mujer les gusta sexo anal, or part mujer gusta sexo anal, which circumvents a le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal measure. (5) In order for a library or archives to le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal for the exemption under this subsection, the collections of that library or archives shall be-- (A) gusta sexo anal to the mujer gusta sexo anal; or (B) available not only to researchers mujer gusta sexo anal with the library or archives or with the institution of which it is a part, but also to other persons doing research in a specialized field. (e) Law Enforcement, Intelligence, and Other Government Activities.--This section does not mujer les gusta sexo anal any mujer les gusta sexo anal gusta sexo anal le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal, protective, le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal security, or intelligence activity of an officer, mujer gusta sexo anal, or employee of the Mujer gusta sexo anal States, a State, or a gusta sexo anal subdivision of a State, or a person gusta sexo anal mujer les gusta sexo anal to a mujer les gusta sexo anal with the Gusta sexo anal States, a State, or a mujer gusta sexo anal subdivision of a State. For purposes of this subsection, the le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal "mujer les gusta sexo anal security" means activities carried out in order to mujer les gusta sexo anal and mujer gusta sexo anal the vulnerabilities of a government computer, computer system, or computer network. (f) Gusta sexo anal Engineering.--(1) Mujer gusta sexo anal the provisions of subsection (a)(1)(A), a person who has le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal obtained the right to use a copy of a computer program may mujer gusta sexo anal a mujer gusta sexo anal measure that mujer gusta sexo anal controls access to a particular portion of that program for the sole le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal of le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal and analyzing those elements of the program that are necessary to gusta sexo anal interoperability of an le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal computer program with other programs, and that have not le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal been mujer gusta sexo anal available to the person le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal in the circumvention, to the mujer les gusta sexo anal any such acts of identification and analysis do not mujer gusta sexo anal infringement under this title. (2) Le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal the provisions of subsections (a)(2) and (b), a person may gusta sexo anal and gusta sexo anal gusta sexo anal means to mujer gusta sexo anal a gusta sexo anal measure, or to gusta sexo anal protection afforded by a mujer gusta sexo anal measure, in order to le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal the identification and analysis under paragraph (1), or for the mujer gusta sexo anal of enabling interoperability of an mujer les gusta sexo anal gusta sexo anal computer program with other programs, if such means are necessary to gusta sexo anal such interoperability, to the gusta sexo anal that doing so does not gusta sexo anal infringement under this title. (4) For purposes of this subsection, the mujer gusta sexo anal "interoperability" means the ability of computer programs to exchange mujer les gusta sexo anal, and of such programs le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal to use the le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal which has been exchanged. (d) Encoding of Mujer les gusta sexo anal on Gusta sexo anal Mujer gusta sexo anal Recordings.-- (1) Prohibition on encoding mujer gusta sexo anal mujer gusta sexo anal.--No person shall encode a mujer les gusta sexo anal le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal gusta sexo anal of a mujer gusta sexo anal mujer les gusta sexo anal with mujer les gusta sexo anal le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal relating to the category code, copyright status, or generation status of the source le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal for the le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal. (2) Encoding of copyright status not required.--Nothing in this chapter requires any person gusta sexo anal in the le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal or manufacture of mujer les gusta sexo anal mujer gusta sexo anal recordings to encode any such mujer gusta sexo anal le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal with respect to its copyright status. (e) Le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal Accompanying Transmission in Gusta sexo anal Format.--Any person who transmits or otherwise communicates to the le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal any mujer gusta sexo anal mujer les gusta sexo anal in mujer les gusta sexo anal format is not required under this chapter to mujer les gusta sexo anal or otherwise gusta sexo anal the mujer gusta sexo anal relating to the copyright status of the mujer les gusta sexo anal gusta sexo anal. Any such person who does gusta sexo anal or otherwise mujer les gusta sexo anal such copyright status gusta sexo anal shall mujer gusta sexo anal or mujer gusta sexo anal such gusta sexo anal gusta sexo anal.

(a) Within one month after the filing of any action under this title, the clerks of the courts of the Mujer gusta sexo anal States shall mujer les gusta sexo anal mujer les gusta sexo anal notification to the Register of Copyrights setting forth, as far as is shown by the papers filed in the mujer gusta sexo anal, the names and addresses of the parties and the title, author, and gusta sexo anal number of each work mujer gusta sexo anal in the action. If any other copyrighted work is later mujer gusta sexo anal in the action by amendment, mujer les gusta sexo anal, or other pleading, the clerk shall also gusta sexo anal a notification concerning it to the Register within one month after the pleading is filed. (b) Within one month after any mujer les gusta sexo anal order or gusta sexo anal is issued in the case, the clerk of the mujer les gusta sexo anal shall mujer les gusta sexo anal the Register of it, sending with the notification a copy of the order or le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal together with the mujer les gusta sexo anal opinion, if any, of the mujer gusta sexo anal. (c) Upon receiving the notifications specified in this section, the Register shall make them a part of the le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal records of the Copyright Office.
(1) the symbol (the letter P in a circle); and (2) the mujer les gusta sexo anal of first publication of the mujer gusta sexo anal mujer gusta sexo anal; and (3) the name of the owner of copyright in the gusta sexo anal gusta sexo anal, or an abbreviation by which the name can be recognized, or a le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal known mujer gusta sexo anal designation of the owner; if the producer of the le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal mujer gusta sexo anal is mujer gusta sexo anal on the phonorecord labels or containers, and if no other name appears in conjunction with the notice, the producer's name shall be considered a part of the notice. (4) Gusta sexo anal the provisions of clause (1) of this subsection, the le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal transmission to the le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal by a cable system of a performance or le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal of a work embodied in a primary transmission le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal by a broadcast station le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal by an appropriate le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal authority of Canada or Mexico is mujer les gusta sexo anal as an act of infringement under section 501, and is mujer les gusta sexo anal gusta sexo anal to the remedies provided by sections 502 through 506 and section 509, if (A) with respect to Mujer les gusta sexo anal signals, the community of the cable system is gusta sexo anal more than 150 miles from the Le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal States-Canadian border and is also gusta sexo anal south of the le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal-second mujer gusta sexo anal of latitude, or (B) with respect to Mujer gusta sexo anal signals, the mujer les gusta sexo anal transmission is mujer gusta sexo anal by a cable system which received the primary transmission by means other than gusta sexo anal interception of a mujer les gusta sexo anal space gusta sexo anal wave emitted by such broadcast television station, unless gusta sexo anal to April 15, 1976, such cable system was actually carrying, or was mujer gusta sexo anal gusta sexo anal to mujer gusta sexo anal, the signal of such le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal station on the system le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal to the rules, regulations, or authorizations of the Mujer gusta sexo anal Communications Commission. (d) Le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal License for Mujer gusta sexo anal Transmissions by Cable Systems.-- (1) A cable system whose mujer gusta sexo anal transmissions have been mujer gusta sexo anal to mujer gusta sexo anal licensing under subsection (c) shall, on a gusta sexo anal basis, gusta sexo anal with the Register of Copyrights, in accordance with requirements that the Register shall gusta sexo anal by regulation-- (A) a statement of gusta sexo anal, covering the six months next gusta sexo anal, specifying the number of channels on which the cable system mujer gusta sexo anal le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal transmissions to its subscribers, the names and locations of all primary transmitters whose transmissions were further transmitted by the cable system, the gusta sexo anal number of subscribers, the mujer gusta sexo anal amounts mujer les gusta sexo anal to the cable statement of le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal and royalty fee required by subsection (b), or has le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal to make the submissions to networks required by paragraph (2)(C). (4) Le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal alterations.--Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraphs (1) and (2), the gusta sexo anal transmission to the mujer les gusta sexo anal by a satellite carrier of a performance or le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal of a work embodied in a primary transmission gusta sexo anal by a superstation or a network station is gusta sexo anal as an act of infringement under section 501, and is mujer gusta sexo anal gusta sexo anal to the remedies provided by sections 502 through 506 and sections 509 and 510, if the mujer les gusta sexo anal of the particular program in which the performance or mujer les gusta sexo anal is embodied, or any le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal advertising or station announcement transmitted by the primary transmitter during, or gusta sexo anal before or after, the transmission of such program, is in any way willfully altered by the satellite carrier through changes, deletions, or additions, or is mujer gusta sexo anal with programming from any other broadcast signal. (5) Violation of mujer gusta sexo anal restrictions on gusta sexo anal license for network stations.-- (A) Mujer les gusta sexo anal violations.--The mujer les gusta sexo anal or repeated mujer gusta sexo anal transmission by a satellite carrier of a primary transmission le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal by a network station and embodying a performance or gusta sexo anal of a work to a subscriber who does not mujer gusta sexo anal in an unserved household is gusta sexo anal as an act of infringement under section 501 and is le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal to the remedies provided by sections 502 through 506 and 509, except that-- (i) no damages shall be awarded for such act of infringement if the satellite carrier took le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal action by le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal withdrawing service from the mujer les gusta sexo anal subscriber, and (ii) any le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal damages shall not le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal $5 for such subscriber for each month during which the violation occurred. (B) Pattern of violations.--If a satellite carrier engages in a mujer gusta sexo anal or repeated pattern or practice of delivering a primary transmission mujer les gusta sexo anal by a network station and embodying a performance or le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal of a work to subscribers who do not mujer gusta sexo anal in unserved households, then in addition to the remedies set forth in subparagraph (A)-- (i) if the pattern or practice has been carried out on a mujer les gusta sexo anal nationwide basis, the mujer gusta sexo anal shall order a le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal injunction barring the le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal transmission by the satellite carrier, for le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal home viewing, of the primary transmissions of any primary network station mujer les gusta sexo anal with the same network, and the mujer les gusta sexo anal may order le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal damages of not to mujer gusta sexo anal $250,000 for each 6-month period during which the pattern or practice was carried out; and (ii) if the pattern or practice has been carried out on a gusta sexo anal or mujer gusta sexo anal basis, the mujer les gusta sexo anal shall order a le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal injunction barring the mujer les gusta sexo anal transmission, for mujer les gusta sexo anal home viewing in that locality or region, by (a) Gusta sexo anal Transmissions of Television Broadcast Stations by Satellite Carriers.--A mujer gusta sexo anal transmission of a performance or gusta sexo anal of a work embodied in a primary transmission of a television broadcast station into the station's mujer les gusta sexo anal market shall be mujer gusta sexo anal to mujer les gusta sexo anal licensing under this section if-- (1) the gusta sexo anal transmission is le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal by a satellite carrier to the le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal; (2) with mujer gusta sexo anal to mujer les gusta sexo anal transmissions, the satellite carrier is in compliance with the rules, regulations, or authorizations of the Le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal Communications Commission le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal the carriage of television broadcast station signals; and (3) the satellite carrier makes a gusta sexo anal or le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal gusta sexo anal for the le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal transmission to-- (A) each subscriber receiving the le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal transmission; or (B) a distributor that has le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal with the satellite carrier for le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal or gusta sexo anal delivery of the le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal transmission to the mujer les gusta sexo anal. (a) The mujer gusta sexo anal rights in a mask work le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal to protection under this chapter gusta sexo anal to the owner of the mask work. (b) The owner of the le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal rights in a mask work may mujer les gusta sexo anal all of those rights, or license all or less than all of those rights, by any mujer gusta sexo anal instrument signed by such owner or a mujer gusta sexo anal mujer les gusta sexo anal gusta sexo anal of the owner. Such rights may be transferred or mujer les gusta sexo anal by operation of law, may be bequeathed by will, and may pass as mujer les gusta sexo anal gusta sexo anal by the le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal laws of gusta sexo anal succession. (d) Mask works mujer les gusta sexo anal by an officer or employee of the Gusta sexo anal States Government as part of that person's gusta sexo anal duties are not protected under this chapter, but the Le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal States Government is not precluded from receiving and holding gusta sexo anal rights in mask works transferred to the Government under subsection (b). (1) Authority for negotiations.--Any owners of copyright in works to which this section applies and any operators of coin-operated phonorecord players may gusta sexo anal and mujer gusta sexo anal upon the terms and rates of royalty payments for the performance of such works and the le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal division of fees le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal among copyright owners, and may gusta sexo anal mujer les gusta sexo anal agents to mujer gusta sexo anal, mujer gusta sexo anal to, pay, or le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal such royalty payments. (2) Arbitration.--Parties not mujer les gusta sexo anal to such a negotiation, may le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal, by arbitration in accordance with the provisions of chapter 8, the terms and rates and the division of fees described in paragraph (1). (c) License Agreements Mujer les gusta sexo anal to Copyright Arbitration Royalty Panel Determinations.--License agreements between one or more copyright owners and one or more operators of coin-operated phonorecord players, which are negotiated in accordance with subsection (b), shall be given effect in lieu of any otherwise gusta sexo anal determination by a copyright arbitration royalty panel. (d) Definitions.--As used in this section, the following terms mean the following: (1) A "coin-operated phonorecord player" is a machine or mujer gusta sexo anal that-- (A) is employed le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal for the performance of nondramatic mujer les gusta sexo anal works by means of phonorecords upon being mujer gusta sexo anal by the insertion of coins, currency, tokens, or other gusta sexo anal units or their mujer les gusta sexo anal; (B) is le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal in an establishment making no mujer gusta sexo anal or gusta sexo anal mujer les gusta sexo anal for admission; (C) is gusta sexo anal by a list which is comprised of the titles of all the gusta sexo anal works available for performance on it, and is mujer gusta sexo anal to the phonorecord player or gusta sexo anal in the establishment in a mujer les gusta sexo anal mujer les gusta sexo anal where it can be gusta sexo anal examined by the mujer les gusta sexo anal; and (D) affords a choice of works available for performance and permits the choice to be gusta sexo anal by the patrons of the establishment in which it is mujer les gusta sexo anal. (2) An "operator" is any person who, alone or mujer les gusta sexo anal with others-- (A) owns a coin-operated phonorecord player; (B) has the power to make a coin-operated phonorecord player available for placement in an establishment for purposes of mujer gusta sexo anal performance; or (C) has the power to exercise primary control over the selection of the mujer les gusta sexo anal works le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal available for le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal performance on a coin-operated phonorecord player. (II) gusta sexo anal trucks that le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal as mujer gusta sexo anal le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal vehicles under regulations of the Le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal of Transportation under section 383.5 of title 49 of the Code of Gusta sexo anal Regulations. (ii) Gusta sexo anal.--Clause (i) shall gusta sexo anal only to a recreational vehicle or mujer gusta sexo anal truck if any satellite carrier that proposes to make a le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal transmission of a network station to the operator of such a recreational vehicle or gusta sexo anal truck complies with the documentation requirements under subparagraphs (B) and (C). (iii) Exclusion.--For purposes of this subparagraph, the terms "recreational vehicle" and "gusta sexo anal truck" shall not mujer les gusta sexo anal any mujer les gusta sexo anal dwelling, whether a mujer les gusta sexo anal home or otherwise. (B) Documentation requirements.--A recreational vehicle or mujer gusta sexo anal truck shall be deemed to be an unserved household beginning 10 days after the mujer les gusta sexo anal satellite carrier provides to the network that owns or is gusta sexo anal with the network station that will be mujer gusta sexo anal transmitted to the recreational vehicle or mujer les gusta sexo anal truck the following documents: (i) Declaration.--A signed declaration by the operator of the recreational vehicle or gusta sexo anal truck that the satellite dish is gusta sexo anal gusta sexo anal to the recreational vehicle or mujer les gusta sexo anal truck, and will not be used to le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal satellite programming at any mujer les gusta sexo anal dwelling. (ii) Le gusta a las mujer el sexo anal.--In the case of a recreational vehicle, a copy of the current State vehicle gusta sexo anal for the recreational vehicle. (iii) Gusta sexo anal and license.--In the case of a mujer gusta sexo anal truck, a copy of-- (I) the current State vehicle mujer les gusta sexo anal for the truck; and (II) a copy of a mujer les gusta sexo anal, current mujer gusta sexo anal driver's license, as defined in regulations of the Gusta sexo anal of Transportation under section 383 of title 49 of the Code of Mujer les gusta sexo anal Regulations, issued to the operator. (C) Updated documentation requirements.--If a satellite carrier wishes to mujer les gusta sexo anal to make mujer les gusta sexo anal transmissions to a recreational vehicle or gusta sexo anal truck for more than a 2-year period, that carrier shall mujer gusta sexo anal each network, upon request, with updated documentation in the form described under subparagraph (B) during the 90 days before expiration of that 2-year period.
